Phoenix Metro Home Inspection / Central Arizona Home Inspection has been inspecting properties for over 14 years, and an Arizona licensed general residential / commercial contractor years prior building in Phoenix areas since 1981. Inspections are an analysis of structure, conditions, potential hazards, home safety, systems / component / assembly life expectancy and current performance.  Reporting provides essential decision data clients need.

Grounds / Structure / Roof / Assemblies / Appliances

Property resale, new build, commercial and craftsmanship consulting. We assist by providing critical observations of current conditions, possible damages, settling or structural defects, expected and required maintenance. Our building experience and observed findings provide assurance guidance for client's property investment decisions.  Access panels are opened, appliances, systems, and components are reviewed for condition, operation, workmanship and life expectancy.      

Plumbing / Electric / Fixtures / Heating / Cooling

 We review manufacturer dates and any service records available.  Any faults, defects, leaking, and aged components are included in reports and client walks.  HVAC systems, flue piping, conditioned are distribution, filtering, and controls are operated and reviewed for current functionality and standards.  Systems age and conditions are recorded, testing results and recommendations are provided in reports and client walks. Continuing typical maintenance and annual service are also critical items.
